Claudio Díaz Maciel

Claudio joined White & Case in 2023 and has focused his practice mainly on financing transactions, financial regulatory matters, capital markets and general corporate matters.

In the academic field, Claudio is an associate professor of the Corporate Governance and Mergers and Acquisitions courses at Universidad Panamericana.

Before joining White & Case, Claudio worked in a prestiguious Mexican law firm in the Banking and Finance practice.
