Overview

Clarissa Marazzi is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of the firm's London office and specialises in international arbitration. Clarissa's experience focuses on acting for clients in international construction and infrastructure arbitrations.

Before joining the Dispute Resolution group, Clarissa also gained experience in financial restructuring and corporate transactions. She has also completed a secondment to the Firm's Geneva office where she specialised in international arbitration.

Clarissa is member of the firm's Business & Human Rights Interest Group, and advises clients on the human rights risks of their operations. Clarissa's experience in this field includes conducting environmental and human rights due diligence, and providing advice on various aspects at the intersection of business and human rights, including the UK Modern Slavery Act, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
