Biography

Overview

Chloe Edmonds an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the Firm's New York office. Her practice is focused on complex civil litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy litigation in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts, and white collar investigations. Chloe also has experience in litigation due diligence and risk assessments for corporate deals. Chloe has worked with a wide range of clients, from global conglomerates and international banks, to law firms and institutional investors.

Chloe also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal appeals, racial justice and reform, and asylum representation. Recently, Chloe successfully represented a client granted asylum by the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review and is currently a leader of the Firm's team in a class action lawsuit bringing constitutional claims against a municipality in Missouri in connection with their jailing practices and conditions. 

Prior to joining White & Case, Chloe worked for the Office of the Prosecutor, Appeals Team, at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, worked with the MacArthur Justice Center at Northwestern representing wrongfully convicted clients in civil litigation, and acted as the Diversity and Inclusion Editor for the Northwestern Law Review Journal.
