Chiara Phillips is an associate at White & Case in its Commercial Litigation practice group, where her practice focuses on government contracting, employment law, and general litigation matters. Chiara represents clients in complex litigation cases and maintains an active pro bono practice, including direct representation in immigration-related matters.

Chiara earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, graduating with honors. During law school, she served as the Senior Solicitations and Submissions Editor for the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review.
