- Representation of CION Investment Corporation as the Borrower of a US$30 million unsecured term loan credit facility provided by More Provident Funds Ltd.
- Representation of Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo, as lead arrangers and lenders in connection with an amendment and extension of a US$500 million investment grade revolving credit facility provided to Flowers Foods, Inc.
- Representation of I Squared Capital Advisors (US) LLC, as Sponsor, and Flexi-Van Leasing, LLC, as Borrower, in connection with an incremental amendment to increase the Borrower's existing revolving credit facility by an aggregate principal amount equal to US$150 million. The proceeds will be used to finance working capital needs and for other general corporate purposes
