Charlotte is an associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice, based in Brussels.
Her practice mainly focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance, in various sectors in both a Belgian and cross-border context.
Prior to joining White & Case, Charlotte practiced for 3 years in the Corporate M&A department of a leading Belgian law firm.
