Overview
Charlotte is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Charlotte focuses on advising private equity houses and financial sponsors on a range of complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, co-investments, joint ventures, minority and growth capital investments, carve-outs and corporate restructurings.
Charlotte has previously been seconded to The Carlyle Group, Blackstone Credit and White & Case's Dubai office.

MidEuropa Partners on the reorganisation of Imlek ahead of its sale from the Danube Foods Group.
