Carys Clipper is a senior professional support lawyer in our London private equity team. Carys supports the private equity team and its clients by providing market-focused knowhow tools and expertise, including training, legal analysis, thought leadership and transactional documentation.
Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Carys was a private equity knowledge counsel at another city law firm, at which she had previously been a private equity transactional lawyer, with many years' experience advising institutional investors, management teams and investee companies on a variety of M&A transactions, equity reorganisations, management incentive plans and general corporate advisory matters.
