Baxter International on the sale of its dialysis business in Latam and Spain.

Representation of Biosynex S.A. on its acquisition of 80% of the shares of Laboratorios Rhogen, S.L., a company based in Spain, from 3 founders.

Representation of NIAM Infrastructure (the infrastructure arm of NIAM, one of northern Europe's leading fund managers) in connection with its acquisition of Bright Sunday, a Swedish "Solar as a Service" company with operations in Spain and Portugal.

Waterland Private Equity on its acquisition of 50% of the shares of Montronic Vic, S.L., a Spanish company whose business consists of the development, manufacture, and marketing of electronic control devices and systems, and the joint venture to be created with Electronic Manufacturing Holding, S.L., holding the remaining 50% and founder.

Sale by Mr. Jaime Vargas, Mr. Alejandro Ahijado, and Polimenaje Inversiones, S.L., of 100% of the share capital of Tikers Content Factory, S.L. to Go Enforce Talent, S.L. (a company participated in by the private equity Suma Capital). As part of the sale, Polimenaje Inversiones, S.L. has reinvested in Go Enforce Talent, S.L. and is the owner of c.6% of its share capital.

Acting for Hertz Holdings Netherlands 2 B.V. on their European ABS financing.

Representation of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales, S.A. (Valoriza) from Spanish construction group Sacyr S.A. (Sacyr) for a total consideration (enterprise value, including debt) of €734 million.
