  • Representation of EIG in the acquisition of Ocyan Participações S.A., a Brazil-based solutions provider to the offshore oil & gas industry, for US$390 million.
  • Representation of Inversiones Radiante, part of Grupo Linda, a power plant to conglomerate, in minority investments into AES' business in the Dominican Republic and AES Colon's business in Panama. AES' business in the Dominican Republic includes an LNG regasification terminal, with a 160,000 cbm LNG capacity storage tank, the AES Andres 319 MW combined cycle gas turbine plant, DPP 328 MW combined cycle gas turbine, as well as an additional 150 MW of solar and wind power plants. AES Colon's business in Panama includes a 381 MW combined cycle gas turbine with an adjacent regasification facility that has a 180,000 LNG capacity storage tank.
  • Representation of a Mexican conglomerate in the re-negotiation of a Joint Venture and Investment Agreement with RBI (TSX/NYSE: QSR, TSX: QSP) for the development and expansion of the Tim Hortons brand in Mexico.
  • Representation of Tigo Energy, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent solar and energy storage solutions in its reverse triangular merger with Roth CH Acquisition IV Co. (NASDAQ: ROCG) based on a $600 million pre-money equity value.
  • Representation of Schneider Electric Industries SAS, a global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, in the EUR 723 million sale of its industrial sensors business, Telemecanique Sensors, to YAGEO Corporation, a global electronic component and service provider based in Taiwan.
  • Representation of Minerva S.A., a leading beef exporter in South America, in the creation of a joint venture with Amyris aimed at developing molecules for the sustainable production and distribution of animal protein worldwide.
  • Representation of EOFlow Inc., the US subsidiary of EOFlow Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:294090, in its joint venture with Zihipp, a UK biotech firm, to develop a wearable weight loss drug delivery solution.
  • Representation of a financial investor in its participation in the acquisition of a majority interest in Medline Industries, Inc. by a consortium including Carlyle Group and Hellman & Friedman.
  • Representation of Helix Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: HLXA), a SPAC, in its US$230 million business combination with MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on creating next-level therapies for inflammatory skin and joint diseases.
  • Representation of CVC Capital Partners in its acquisition, with minority co-investor Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), of a majority stake in the international agencies of BlueFocus Intelligent Communications Group Co., Ltd., a leading publicly traded Chinese marketing services conglomerate.
  • Representation of ExxonMobil in the disposition of its Santoprene TPV elastomers business to Celanese Corporation for $1.15 billion.
