Overview
Dr. Camilla Kehler-Weiss is a Counsel in White & Case's Global Capital Markets Practice. She advises corporate clients, private equity houses, and investment banks on a broad spectrum of international capital markets transactions, including IPOs, capital raisings, and equity-linked issuances. With a strong background in stock corporation law, Camilla also assists corporate clients and their shareholders in navigating the complexities of life as a public company post-listing. Clients praise her service levels and her awareness of the commercial side of transactions.
Before joining White & Case, Camilla practiced at other leading international law firms in Frankfurt.
