Advised a multinational cloud services entity in successfully defending high-profile High Court litigation against a local parastatal;

Represented a US-based private credit firm in prosecuting a complex High Court trade-finance dispute with a large local insurance provider;

Represented members of a large local group of companies in pursuing business interruption insurance claims in excess of ZAR 500m against a large local insurer;

Represented a local investment firm in pursuing its claim of over ZAR 100m in a construction arbitration with a local construction partnership;

Successfully represented a local non-profit organisation in obtaining a reportable judgment against a local financial advisory firm.

Assisted a large multinational technology firm in Dubai Legal Affairs Department arbitration proceedings with a Dubaian State entity;

Advised on and representing several multinational clients in various Dubai International Arbitration Centre disputes. *
