Overview

Brianna is a Senior Associate in White & Case's Debt Finance Group. Qualified in New York and Australia, she has extensive experience advising on market-leading financing transactions for Wall Street investment banks, leading European financial institutions, major domestic banks, private equity funds, direct lenders and corporate borrowers, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, acquisition financings, restructurings and other senior secured lending transactions across a broad range of industries, including energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive and technology.

Prior to joining White & Case, Brianna worked at leading global law firms in New York.

Brianna's experience includes representation of:

  • JP Morgan and Credit Suisse in a US$10 billion financing package with respect to the acquisition of the Power Solutions business of Johnson Controls.*
  • Barclays in the US$2 billion senior secured credit facilities for Post Holdings.*
  • JP Morgan in the US$4.92 billion senior secured credit facilities in connection with Organon’s spin-off from Merck, and related finance matters in the concurrent US$5.3 billion bond offering.* 
  • Goldman Sachs in the (approx.) US$1 billion first and second lien credit facilities with respect to the acquisition of Barracuda Networks.*
  • Jefferies in the (approx.) US$1 billion first and second lien credit facilities in connection with the acquisition of Signant Health.*
  • Barclays in the US$1 billion incremental term loan facility in connection with the acquisition of Weetabix.*
  • Credit Suisse in the US$506.4 million first and second lien credit facilities in connection with the acquisition of Traeger, and the subsequent US$685 million refinancing thereof.*
  • JP Morgan in the US$675 million first and second lien credit facilities with respect to GI Partners’ majority investment in American Residential Services.*
  • Barclays in the US$775 million first and second lien credit facilities for 8th Avenue.*
  • Credit Suisse in the (approx.) US$500 million first and second lien credit facilities with respect to AEA’s acquisition of Melissa & Doug, and the subsequent (approx.) US$650 million refinancing thereof.*
  • Golub Capital, HPS Investment Partners and Guggenheim Partners in numerous direct lending and unitranche financing transactions.*
  • TPG on the refinancing of its portfolio company iNova Pharmaceuticals.
