Overview

Brad is an associate in our EMEA Private Equity team within our global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.

Brad advises private equity and financial sponsors and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions across various sectors, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and co-investments, restructurings, equity arrangements and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining White & Case, Brad practiced at a leading law firm in New Zealand.

Brad's experience includes:

Representation of Palisade Real Assets on the acquisition by BioticNRG of AD Aggregator Platform Limited, a bioenergy platform located in the east of the UK, and Material Change Limited, a UK-based AD and composting operator and developer.

Representation of Next Capital its sale of the NZ Bus group (NZ's largest urban bus service operator) to Kinetic (Australia and NZ's largest bus network).*

Representation of Allegro Funds on the NZ aspects of its acquisition of the Toll Global Express business.*

Representation of Brookfield Asset Management on its sale of Healthscope's New Zealand pathology business to NZ Super Fund and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (each taking a 50 percent stake).*

Representation of Rangatira Investments on its acquisition of Pacific 2021 Bidco NZ Limited (the owner of the Boulcott hospital business in New Zealand) from Pacific 2021 Midco G Pty Limited (a company associated with Pacific Equity Partners in Australia).*

Representation of CDH Investments and the founding shareholders of The Better Health Company on the sale of its New Zealand-based vitamin and dietary supplement business to Switzerland-based Nestle Health Science.*

Representation of Macquarie Asset Management on the NZ aspects of the acquisition of AMP Capital's global equities and fixed income business.*
