Benjamin Degoul

Benjamin Degoul is an associate in the Debt Finance practice based in Paris.

Benjamin represents financial institutions, corporations and private equity funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has a particular focus on acquisition finance, including syndicated finance, leveraged finance and mezzanine financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Benjamin acquired experience at an investment management company and several high profile law firms based in Paris and Luxembourg.
