Overview
Annie is an Associate in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group. She has acted for sponsors and financiers on a number of complex project finance transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on the power and energy sectors.
Experience
Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners through its fund Copenhagen Infrastructure II K/S (CI-II), on the first, second and third partial divestment of the Sponsor Debt Facility in the 595 MW Changfang and Xidao (CFXD) offshore wind farm located off the coast of Changhua County in Taiwan.
Export credit agencies and financiers in relation to the US$1.6 billion project financing of the 583MW Greater Changhua 4 Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan.
The commercial lenders in relation to restructuring of the 640 MW Yunlin offshore wind project in Taiwan. The lender group includes multiple export credit agencies and a large syndicate of international and Taiwanese commercial banks.
