Annie Serafim

Annie Serafim is an associate in White & Case's Capital Markets group and is based in Boston. Her practice primarily focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies, investment banks and sponsors in relation to a wide range of securities transactions and corporate finance, including Rule 144A and Regulation S high yield debt offerings, bridge financing commitments, exchange offers, tender offers, consent solicitations and other liability management transactions, as well as in connection with general corporate and securities matters.

Annie previously worked in the London office of White & Case.  During her time there, she completed a secondment with the Corporate and Investment Banking legal team of a large global investment bank.

During law school, Annie was Editor-in-Chief of the Northeastern University Law Journal.  She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Norman Stahl of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
