Overview

Anne-Sophie Noury is a partner in our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and head of the Restructuring department in Paris.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Anne-Sophie is one of the preeminent restructuring lawyers in the French market who has extensive experience in distressed LBO transactions and cross-border restructurings. She advises companies, shareholders, debtors and investors on both domestic and cross-border complex matters, takeover of distressed companies, corporate reorganizations and insolvency proceedings.

Anne-Sophie has recently advised on a significant number of major French restructuring matters including Casino*, Orpea*, Vallourec*, Novares*, Rallye*, Conforama*, Technicolor* and Pierre & Vacances*.

Distinguished in Hall of Fame by the last edition of Legal 500, Anne-Sophie is also recognized as a « outstanding restructuring lawyer with an ability to embrace complex situations » by Chambers.

Anne-Sophie is deeply engaged and involved in the professional network in her field, she is in particular a member of the International Insolvency Institute, the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises and of the Women in restructuring.

Anne-Sophie joined the Firm from an international law firm in Paris, where she was a partner and co-head of the Paris restructuring/insolvency practice.

Experience

Altice (2025)
Representation of the Altice Group on the conclusion of a framework agreement with the majority of its creditors holding term loans and senior secured notes at the level of Altice France SA, as well as certain creditors holding senior notes at the level of the parent company Altice France Holding SA, for the restructuring of its €24.1 billion existing debt.
