Overview

Angelika is a commercial litigation associate based in the Firm's Mexico City office.

Prior to joining White & Case, Angelika served as an associate at a distinguished law firm with more than 45 years of experience in cultivating specialized lawyers in the fields of civil and commercial litigation. During her tenure, she assumed significant responsibilities centered around devising strategic approaches, executing legal proceedings, and overseeing the progress of more than 100 civil and commercial trials. Her caseload primarily encompassed matters relating to insurers, leases, and commercial executive titles, which she adeptly handled before Local and Federal Courts across diverse states.

Since 2016, Angelika has focused her expertise on the realm of commercial litigation, demonstrating proficiency in a wide array of legal activities. These include fostering client relationships, formulating meticulous legal strategies, resolving disputes, conducting hearings in both ordinary and oral trials at every stage, drafting comprehensive legal documentation and judicial appeals, as well as engaging in negotiations with counterparts, among other responsibilities.
