Andrew K. Gershenfeld is a senior commercial litigation associate in White & Case's Miami and New York offices. Andrew's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, including contract and real property disputes, bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, administrative law litigation, class actions, white collar disputes, and private client estate disputes, among others. Andrew also maintains an active pro bono practice that focuses primarily on high-stakes education law litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew graduated with honors from Duke Law School where he was awarded the Legal Writing Award and the Legal Theory Award for the graduating class of 2017 by the Duke Law governing faculty.
