Overview
Anaïs Caspar is an associate in the Employment & Benefits team of White & Case in Paris.
She mainly advises French and foreign companies on employment relations, in particular on issues related to the conclusion, performance, and termination of employment agreements, collective bargaining, and the working time arrangements.
Anaïs also advises companies on corporate reorganizations, whether or not involving social plans, and on employee representation, in particular with respect to information and consultation obligations.
On the litigation side, she represents employers before civil and administrative courts, both on individual and collective matters.

Representation of AGIC Capital, a European-Asian private equity firm with US$2.2 billion of assets under management, on the employment aspects of its acquisition, together with key management, of a majority stake in Pure Trade from private equity firm Sparring Capital, the management team and founders.

Representation of Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts Group) on the employment aspects of its acquisition of a 34 percent stake in JP Energie Environnement (JPee), a French independent producer of renewable energy which has been involved in the development, financing, construction and operation of wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) power stations in France since 2004.
