Amy L. Delsack
Biography
Overview
Amy L. Delsack is counsel in the Debt Finance group, and sits in our New York office. Ms. Delsack's practice focuses on commercial real estate with a concentration in secured financing transactions. Ms. Delsack has experience representing major commercial and investment banks, private equity companies, hedge funds and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers and sponsors in loan transactions secured by real estate collateral, including large multi-state, multi-site portfolios. She has significant experience representing energy companies in power plant financings and high-yield bond offerings.
Ms. Delsack also has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, project finance,, property acquisitions and dispositions, acquisition financings, as well as debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Delsack was an associate of another leading international law firm.

Representation of Blackstone Credit in connection with a financing for Sterling Group to acquire Ergotron from Melrose Industries.
Representation of Calpine Corporation in connection with refinancing its Geysers credit facility.
Representation of Calpine Corporation in connection with an internal reorganization where the assets of the Magic Valley Power Facility owned by Calpine's subsidiary, were moved to a new wholly owned subsidiary of Calpine.
Representation of Calpine Corporation in connection with a revolving credit facility with MUFG.
