Biography
Overview
Alice is an associate in the Debt Finance Group at White & Case LLP. Alice's practice focuses on advising financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on fund financing transactions, including subscription facilities and net asset value financings, as well as corporate and investment grade facilities, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining White & Case in December 2024, Alice was an associate at Haynes Boone in the banking and finance team. Alice also has experience working in the Banking and Finance team for a leading offshore law firm.
