Alfonso Suárez Fabián

Alfonso's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. He has developed experience in complex domestic and international transactions that allows him to provide legal advice on private law matters.

He has participated in stock and assets transactions in a wide range of markets, including retail, infrastructure, spirits, real estate, insurance, banking and pharmaceuticals.

Alfonso also advises clients on corporate governance issues and general corporate matters, including the negotiation of joint ventures, the corporate restructuring of domestic and international companies, as well as regulatory filings required for M&A transactions.

Before joining White & Case, he worked as an associate in a Mexico City law firm.
