Alexia is an associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Luxembourg.

Her practice mainly focuses on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance.

Alexia has experience advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, she practiced in the Luxembourg office of a magic circle law firm.
