Overview

Alexander is an associate in the Firm's Fund Finance practice. He advises financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on fund financing transactions including subscription/capital call facilities, net asset value financings, corporate and investment grade facilities, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions both domestically and internationally.

He has particular experience acting on fund financing and corporate lending transactions for financial institutions and a wide variety of funds and corporates.

Acting for an alternative US-based lender in relation to a net asset value facility for a UK real estate fund and their UK portfolio of properties.*
