Alex Robinson

Alex is an associate in the Firm's Global Intellectual Property practice, based in London. Alex advises UK-based and international clients in the areas of information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP), including on the IT and IP aspects of corporate and M&A transactions.

Alex's practice also specialises in drafting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial and IT agreements, on a standalone basis, as well as in relation to business separations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Alex acquired experience in the IP/IT department of another leading international law firm.
