Alex Antikainen
Biography
Overview
Alex Antikainen is an associate in the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice and joined White & Case in 2022. Alex begun his White & Case career in the Nordic Private Equity team in Stockholm in 2022, after which he has joined the Helsinki office in 2023.
Prior to joining White & Case, Alex studied law at University of Helsinki and finance at Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan in Helsinki.
Experience
Representation of Bregal Milestone on its majority investment in Evli Alexander Incentives, and a strategic partnership with Evli to form Allshares.
Representation of Adelis, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments in the Nordic region, on its investment in Hedvig as the new controlling shareholder together with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) and Nicklas Storåkers as co-investors.
Representation of EQT and its portfolio company on its acquisition of ForSea AB.
Representation of Valedo, a Swedish investment company, on its acquisition of Gung AB, a cloud based software supplier with a proprietary B2B sales platform.
Representation of Triton on its acquisition of a majority share in Esperi Care, a leading residential care provider in Finland.
Representation of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation on its acquisition of Motum AB, one of the leading providers of modernisation, new installation and service of lifts in the Nordics, from Accent Equity.
Representation of Goldman Sachs on the acquisition by Advania of Valtti Group, a full IT-services provider, focused on the mid-market in Finland providing cloud services, modern workplace, end-user services and cyber security capabilities.
