Aesha Shah

Aesha Shah is an associate in our global Capital Markets practice based in London and a member of the Structured Finance team.

She has experience advising arrangers, sponsors and issuers on collateralised loan obligations, residential mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities and esoteric asset classes such as commodities and whole-business securitisations. Aesha also advises clients on ESG and sustainability matters.

Aesha spent six months in the Firm's Singapore office with the Equity Capital Markets and Debt Finance practice groups.
