Overview
Adilet is an Associate in Astana office who specializes in corporate law and M&A. His main area of practice includes corporate and commercial law, M&A, business structuring and investments. He has a wide experience in advising the clients in oil and gas, subsoil use, energy, retail and broader consumer markets sectors. He has a broad experience in due diligence processes.

Represented a private fund during the acquisition of shares of a subsoil user in Kazakhstan, securing antimonopoly clearance and government consent. *
Advised a major American consulting and engineering firm on a project focused on identifying key obstacles in renewable energy projects' development. *
