White & Case Continues to Grow Its Restructuring Capabilities with New Partner Andrew O'Neill in Chicago

Global law firm White & Case LLP has added Andrew O'Neill to the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency (FRI) Practice in Chicago. This move marks the fourth new FRI partner to join White & Case in the US this month, further expanding the Firm's company-side capabilities and depth in financial restructuring.

"Andrew is a highly accomplished restructuring attorney who has led several company-side restructurings. He will work closely with our new team of FRI partners, Jessica Boelter, Bojan Guzina and Michael Andolina and reinforces our commitment to continue adding top talent."

O'Neill's practice focuses on complex corporate restructurings and reorganizations, both in-court and out-of-court, as well as other distressed situations. He has extensive experience representing debtors, senior lenders, unsecured creditors, purchasers of assets and other interested parties in these matters.
