White & Case Advises Yondr on India-Focused Joint Venture with Everstone Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Yondr, a global developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers, on its US$1 billion strategic joint venture partnership with one of Asia’s premier investment firms, Everstone Group.

Operating under the brand name EverYondr, the joint venture will support hyperscale clients and the rapidly expanding Indian data center market. The investment will be used to develop and operate multi-locational hyperscale data centers across important locations in India including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the National Capital Region (Delhi). The first facility, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, will deliver a 30MW IT capacity by 2023 and 60MW once fully developed.
