Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised White Bridge Investments II S.p.A. (White Bridge) on its acquisition, through an acquisition vehicle indirectly controlled by White Bridge, of the entire share capital of Delta Med S.p.A, a leading company in the vascular accessories sector.
The transaction included the re-investment by certain managers of Delta Med in the acquisition vehicle sponsored by White Bridge, which acquired Delta Med.
The purchase price of the transaction has been partially financed through loans granted by Banco BPM S.p.A. and Crèdit Agricole Italia S.p.A.
The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction included partners Leonardo Graffi and Andrea Novarese, associates Nicolò Miglio, Tiziana Germinario and Francesco Mozzone and lawyers Lorenzo Grampa and Roberta Monasterolo.
