White & Case advises Vestel Elektronik on US$450 million debut global bond offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a Turkish manufacturer of white goods and electronics, on its landmark Reg S/Rule 144A debut issuance of US$450 million 9.750% notes due 2029.
BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and Emirates NBD Capital acted as joint bookrunner.
"Vestel Elektronik's debut in the international capital markets demonstrates its strong positioning and the trust it has generated among global investors," said White & Case partner Richard Pogrel, who co-led the Firm's deal team.
