Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Vaaka Partners on its sale of software as a service (SaaS) company Cloudpermit to private equity firm the Riverside Company.
Vaaka Partners is a Finnish private equity firm wholly owned by the management and focused on strategic buyouts of mid-sized companies.
Cloudpermit provides building permitting and land management software. The company has offices and customers in Finland, Canada and the US.
