White & Case advises on unitranche refinancing for IK Partners portfolio company Yellow Hive

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the unitranche lenders on a refinancing for Yellow Hive, a portfolio company of IK Partners.

Yellow Hive is a Dutch insurance distribution platform that provides insurance to small businesses and individuals. Operating mainly in the property and casualty segments, it acts as both insurance broker and Managing General Agent and currently serves more than 60,000 customers.

IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investments in the Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, it has raised more than €14 billion of capital and invested in more than 180 European companies.
