Global law firm White & Case LLP advised European dental group Dentius on a unitranche financing provided by CAPZA.

Dentius is a network of multidisciplinary dental clinics located in Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

CAPZA is a European private equity investment platform focused on small- and medium-sized companies (SMEs) with €7 billion of assets. It offers non-bank financing solutions to euro zone SMEs for LBOs, refinancing and external and organic growth projects.
