White & Case Advises Underwriters on Vonovia Finance's €500 Million Bonds Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers on Vonovia Finance B.V's issuance of bonds with a principal amount of €500 million.

The bonds are guaranteed by Vonovia SE. The notes have a 20-year term and a fixed coupon of 1.000%, and were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt that advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener and included associates Daniel Gillenkirch and Philipp Kronenbitter.
