White & Case Advises Underwriters on €500 Million Green Issuance by Berlin Hyp

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the managers UniCredit Bank AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, UBS AG London Branch and Bankhaus Lampe KG on Berlin Hyp's €500 million Green Pfandbrief issue.

The issuer intends to use the net proceeds exclusively to refinance eligible assets as defined in its Green Bond Framework. The notes have a term until 2028, a fixed coupon of 0.01% and were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Berlin Stock Exchange.
