Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, and Carnegie Investment Bank AB as Joint Bookrunner, on the approximately SEK 1.82 billion initial public offering and Nasdaq Stockholm listing of engcon AB, a leading manufacturer of tiltrotators.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Sweden, engcon is a leading global supplier of tiltrotators and associated equipment that increase the efficiency, flexibility and safety of excavators. The company has approximately 400 employees and achieved net sales during 2021 of approximately SEK 1.5 billion.
