White & Case advises underwriters on Covestro’s €500 million bonds issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, ING Bank N.V. and Société Générale on Covestro AG’s issue of bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €500 million.

The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt that advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener and included associates Florian Fraunhofer and Daniel Gillenkirch.
