Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds advised by Triton on the acquisition of ACRE, a leading end-to-end security solutions provider.

"Our role advising Triton on its acquisition of ACRE follows its successful sale of DSI Underground at the end of 2020, on which we also advised, and demonstrated the strengths of our transatlantic capabilities," said White & Case partner Ian Bagshaw, who led the Firm's deal team.

Since its establishment in 1997, Triton has sponsored nine funds, focusing on businesses in the industrial, business services, consumer and health sectors. The Triton funds invest in and support the positive development of medium-sized businesses with a strong European heritage.

ACRE provides security systems for access control and intrusion detection as well as innovative video solutions with a communication networking and intelligent appliance portfolio. It now employs approximately 325 employees in more than 25 countries and operates the Vanderbilt, RS2, Open Options, ComNet, and Razberi brands. The investment by Triton will bring industry expertise and additional capital to support ACRE's continued innovation and proven buy & build strategy.
