White & Case Advises Trilantic on Sale of Entire Stake in Italian Listed Company Gamenet Group to Gamma Bidco

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TCP Lux Eurinvest, an entity controlled by the private equity fund Trilantic Europe, on the €111.8 million sale of 28.67 per cent of the Italian listed company Gamenet Group to Gamma Bidco, controlled by Apollo Global Management IX, L.P.

Gamenet Group S.p.A. is one of the leading gaming operators in the regulated gaming sector in Italy.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino (London and Milan) and Ferigo Foscari (Milan) and associate Cristina Riva (Milan).
