Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TCP Lux Eurinvest (TCP Lux), an entity controlled by private equity fund Trilantic Europe, on the sale of its entire 28.67 percent stake in Italian listed company Gamenet to G Partecipazioni, a SPV which upon the agreement becoming effective will be 50.1 percent owned by TCP Lux and 49.9 percent owned by the Chiarva Group.
The transaction is expected to be completed by September 2019.
