Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. on a financing guaranteed by SACE S.p.A. (SACE), a state-owned Italian export credit agency.
Article 1 of the Italian Liquidity Decree provides that subject to certain conditions loans may be guaranteed by SACE. The guarantees are reserved for loans of up to six years duration granted between the date that the Liquidity Decree went into effect and December 31, 2020.
Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A is the management company for Florence and Pisa airports. It was created on June 2015 through the merger of AdF – Aeroporto di Firenze S.p.A., the management company of Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport, and SAT - Società Aeroporto Toscano S.p.A., the management company of Pisa's Galileo Galilei airport.
