White & Case advises Teleperformance on €3 billion voluntary public offer to acquire Majorel

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Teleperformance SE on its voluntary cash and share offer to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Majorel for a total consideration of €3 billion.
Majorel's executive committee and supervisory board welcomed the offer, announced on April 26, 2023. In addition, Majorel’s two main shareholders, the Bertelsmann and Saham groups, representing 78.98 percent of Majorel's shareholding, have each irrevocably committed to tender their shares to the offer.
Teleperformance is a global leader in digital business services, with consolidated revenues of more than €8 billion in 2022. Teleperformance's shares are listed on compartment A of the regulated market of the Euronext Paris and included in the CAC 40 index.
Majorel, a company incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg, is a customer experience company listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Majorel generated revenues of more than €2 billion in 2022.
