White & Case Advises Sofima Holding S.p.A. on €1,280 Million High Yield Bond Issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sofima Holding S.p.A. on a €1,280 million high yield bond issuance of senior secured notes, issued in two tranches.
The first tranche of €830 million 3.75% fixed rate notes is due 2028. The second tranche of €450 million floating rates notes is due 2028 (three-month EURIBOR, with 0% floor, plus a 4.00% margin).
The notes have been offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
