White & Case Advises Sixth Street on Its Transaction with Laredo Petroleum, Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised an affiliate of Sixth Street Partners, LLC (Sixth Street), a leading global investment firm, in an acquisition of PDP assets from Laredo Petroleum, Inc. (Laredo), a company focused on exploration in the Permian Basin.
