Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sixth Street on the financing for Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of Swedish Software as a Service (SaaS) company Hypergene.
Sixth Street is a leading global investment firm with more than US$75 billion in assets under management and committed capital.
Founded in 2000, Sweden-headquartered Hypergene is a SaaS company in the North European market for corporate performance management and project management, with eight offices in Sweden, Norway and Germany.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Gareth Eagles (London) and included partner Magnus Wennerhorn (Stockholm) and associates Man Hay Yip, Nicolle Odutoye (both London) and Daniel Agnemyr (Stockholm).
