Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised SES-imagotag on its joint venture with Bossard Group in the field of industrial and logistics Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
The French Group SES-imagotag, a global market leader for digital in-store technologies in the retail sector, and the Switzerland-based Bossard Group established a partnership in the field of industrial and logistical IoT solutions. The cooperation will be consolidated under the newly formed company PDi Digital GmbH in which Bossard holds a majority stake. The new venture will combine the know-how of many years of the two companies: SES-imagotag's expertise in Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) technologies in retail and Bossard's proficiency in the field of automated logistics solutions for the industrial sector.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Nathalie Nègre-Eveillard and Clara Hainsdorf (both Paris), Justus Herrlinger (Hamburg) and Carola Glasauer (Frankfurt), with support from associates Louis Feuillée, Costanza Mussi and Camille Grimaldi (all Paris) and Thorsten Rohde (Frankfurt).
